Location: Preston with travel to British Superbike rounds and selected test days

About the Role
Sencat by Swan Racing is seeking a skilled and organised Tyre Technician to join the team for the 2026 British Superbike season with Christian Iddon. You will be responsible for all tyre preparation, fitting, and management throughout race weekends and test sessions, ensuring the team is always ready to perform at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities

Manage tyres and pressures for race and practice sessions

Manage tyre allocations and ensure correct compounds are available when required

Maintain accurate tyre pressure, temperature, and setup records

Work closely with mechanics and engineers to support bike setup decisions

Assist with paddock and garage setup where required

Maintain a clean and professional working environment
Requirements

Previous experience in motorsport tyre handling or mechanical roles required

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure

Physically capable of manual handling tasks

A proactive and reliable attitude

Comfortable working weekends and travelling throughout the race calendar
