About The Paddock Network

The Paddock Network exists to make motorsport careers more accessible, transparent, and achievable. Motorsport has always been one of the hardest industries to enter, most jobs live behind closed doors, passed through contacts, or never posted publicly at all. We’re here to change that. Our mission is simple: connect passionate people with real motorsport opportunities.

Our Mission

If you’ve ever tried to get started in motorsport, you’ll know how confusing and closed-off it can feel. Even entry-level roles require “experience,” but no one explains how to get that experience in the first place.

We built The Paddock Network to fix the broken path into the industry.

By bringing together job listings, CV uploads, team profiles, and beginner guides, we’re creating the first platform where aspiring and experienced motorsport professionals can grow their careers with confidence.

We’re here to change that. Our mission is simple: connect passionate people with real motorsport opportunities.

The problem with motorsport hiring

Most motorsport hiring happens through word-of-mouth and not job boards. Opportunities get lost, people miss out, and talented newcomers never get the chance to prove themselves.

The Paddock Network centralises everything teams and candidates need:

  • Job listings
  • CV management
  • Industry guides
  • Team profiles
  • Application tools

It’s not just about finding jobs.

It’s about growing the next generation of motorsport talent.

Meet the founders

Danny Webb

I’ve raced motorbikes professionally all over the world. From Moto3 to World Endurance, I’ve spent my entire career inside paddocks – working with teams, travelling nonstop, and living the full race-weekend lifestyle.

And here’s something most people don’t realise:

Even when you’re in the paddock, finding work is unbelievably difficult.

Mechanic roles, tyre techs, hospitality, media, ride-coach work, truck driving – almost all of it happens quietly behind the scenes, through contacts and word-of-mouth. You can be talented, experienced, and fully committed, and still miss out simply because you weren’t standing in the right garage at the right moment.

That’s why I went to Taylor with the idea for The Paddock Network.

I believed there needed to be a proper platform where teams can actually find the people they need – and where passionate people can finally see the opportunities that would normally be hidden. A place that helps the sport grow by making jobs more accessible, more transparent, and easier to find no matter who you are or where you’re starting from.

Motorsport will always be competitive, but access shouldn’t be this hard.

With The Paddock Network, we’re changing that.

Taylor Mackenzie

I’ve spent my entire life in motorsport. I grew up in garages and pitlanes, raced professionally for years, and have coached riders and worked with teams across every level of the sport. You’d think that with that background, finding opportunities in the paddock would be easy.

But the truth is – it isn’t.

Even for people already inside the paddock, jobs are almost entirely word-of-mouth. Roles get filled quietly, through contacts, WhatsApp groups, or last-minute favours. I was constantly meeting talented mechanics, media people, and passionate newcomers who simply couldn’t get a foot in the door because the sport has never had a central place to find real opportunities.

Every week I’d get messages asking, “How do I start?” “Where do teams post jobs?” “Who do I talk to?”

And there was never a good answer – even for experienced people, the system just didn’t exist.

That’s why, when Danny came to me with the idea for The Paddock Network, it clicked instantly.

We realised motorsport desperately needed a platform built by people who actually understand how the paddock works – a place that connects teams with good people, makes roles visible, and opens the sport up far beyond the old word-of-mouth bubble.

The goal is simple: make motorsport accessible.

Not just for newcomers, but for the people already in the sport who deserve better visibility and opportunity.

And that’s what we’re building with The Paddock Network.
