MLAV Racing is seeking two experienced Number 1 Sportbike Mechanics to join the team for the upcoming British Superbike season.
This is a full championship trackside role working on new 2025 Aprilia Sportbikes, starting from Thursday evening at each BSB round.
Lead mechanic responsibility for a sportbike under the direction of the Crew Chief
Full race weekend preparation and maintenance from Thursday evening
Bike build, setup changes, maintenance and fault diagnosis
Work closely with rider, Crew Chief and electronics support
Oversee and coordinate with a Number 2 mechanic
Experience in Sportbike or other race classes
Strong mechanical knowledge and race weekend discipline
Confident operating in a fast-paced paddock environment
Team-focused, organised and reliable
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Living pass or team sleeping accommodation provided
Work on competitive 2025 Aprilia machinery
Structured team environment with clear leadership under a Crew Chief
