Workshop controller Full-Season Role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Workshop Manager to join our team.

As a Motorcycle Workshop Controller, you will need to be able to provide an essential link between front of house staff and the workshop. You will ensure the workshop runs efficiently and smoothly. You will also liaise with our team of Technicians about vehicle status and ensure that they will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to actively assist in ‘up-selling’ products and services

This is an exciting role where customer care and workshop good practice always comes first, you’ll take the time to liaise with the workshop and front of house to provide exactly what our customers want and need

Ideal candidate

Would possibly suit a senior technician seeking a more managerial role.  Mechanical knowledge is required and a keen eye for quality control is essential for this position.

Very punctual and reliable, as the workshop depends on the controller.

Trustworthy with a good attitude towards business development.
