You will be providing a service to customers, who want to book their motorcycles in for service or repair work.
Liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress and keeping customers informed,
assisting customers with parts enquiries by understanding their requirements – ordering parts and accessories as well as answering customer queries.

Ideal Candidate: personable, highly motivated and be able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service and sales

Essential: previous experience in the Automotive trade and a knowledge of motorcycles is essential for this role

This role is at Ducati, Kawasaki and Bimota motorcycle dealership based in Maldon, Essex. It’s a full time role, working at the dealership Tuesday – Saturday.
