Race Mechanic – XMT Racing (Sportbike, 2026 Season)

XMT Racing is seeking a motivated Race Mechanic to join the team for the upcoming Sportbike season, working with the Triumph 660.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in a competitive race environment, whether you already have paddock experience or are stepping up from a workshop or track day background.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, maintenance, and repair of the Triumph 660 race bike

• Support the team during race weekends, including practice, qualifying, and races

• Assist with bike setup, checks, and fault finding

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area

• Work closely with riders and team members to ensure smooth race operations

Required Experience

• Some mechanical experience is required

• Motorsport or paddock experience is desirable but not essential

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work long hours in a team based, high pressure environment

• Good attention to detail and mechanical understanding
